COVID-19 Safety Measures

To ensure the safety of you and all other exposition participants, IRICE will be implementing, practicing, and enforcing COVID-19 safety measures.

Physical Distancing

Our max capacity this year has greatly decreased. Additionally, we are enforcing a max capacity at each stand. We will set measures to ensure six feet of distance between individuals/small groups of people. Lines will consist of six foot markers, and we suggest being aware at all other times to keep your distance from others. We are also implementing a one way system. Please pay attention to all signs and markers to help maintain a safe event.

Cleaning And Hygiene

We will be providing hand sanitizer stations throughout the event and at every entrance/exit. We also suggest bringing our own hand sanitizer and washing your hands frequently and thoroughly. There will be regular cleanings of items and surfaces often touched, including pens, door handles, and other equipment.

Protect And Detect

We will do our best to maintain as many contactless exchanges as possible. We also have given our vendors requirements and ways of achieving this to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

Communication

Plan ahead. If you are feeling ill, do not attend. Wear masks at all times unless immediately consuming food or beverage.
